Menopause isn’t age specific, and we are all individuals but if you are aged 40-60 then this would be a great time to learn about alternative therapies and approaches to manage your menopause journey.

Mind Over Menopause is designed to help women to thrive during and beyond menopause, providing a comprehensive toolkit that includes life coaching, stress management techniques, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and meditation. Each session will help you to navigate the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges of menopause with confidence, balance, and peace.

How will the Programme work?

We all want to know what to expect before we sign up for a programme and invest our money and time, and that’s fine. We are all busy with many pulls on our time but investing in ourselves will reap rewards not just for us, but for everyone around us. his is what you can expect:
Six 90-minutes masterclasses held monthly on a Wednesday at 19.30-21.00.
The sessions will be held virtually via Zoom and on joining you will be given access to the private Zoom room. Recordings will also be available if you are unable to attend a session.
We will provide you with useful PDF workbooks after each session so you have a roundup of what you’ve learnt and can practice the techniques we’ve shared between sessions – remember practice makes perfect and we need to put the work in to get the results we seek!
On joining Mind Over Menopause, you will be added to a private WhatsApp group helping you to build a supportive community with the other participants. You will be able to pose questions, share ideas and generally get support from the group as well as from your trainers, Jeanette Forder and Lisa Watson of Blossom Beyond.
At the end of the Programme, you will also be invited to a 60-minute private 1-2-1 life coaching session where you can gain further support for anything you have found difficult during the programme or that may have just come up for you.
A 3-month post-programme review is also offered to help you to stay accountable and embed the techniques or lifestyle changes you have been introduced to throughout the programme.
